RETURN POLICY:
BSM Sales Group / RCCrawlerCountry will take customer returns within 14 days of customer receiving the item(s) but RC vehicles & parts must be unused and returned in the original unopened factory sealed box. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Opened boxes and or used RC vehicles & parts are not returnable for a refund or exchange.
Electrical items are
NOT RETURNABLE
. Defective or damaged RC vehicles & parts are to be warranteed by the RC vehicle mfg not BSM Sales Group/ RCCrawlerCountry. Buyer must register the RC vehicle with the mfg in order for the warranty to be valid. Please inspect for shipping damage right away before opening box and if damage is suspected please contact us immediately and we will advise at that point. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless other accommodations are made by us or RC MFG.
