Description:
3.3548 is an aluminium-magnesium alloy filler metal. The weld metal has a magnesium content of up to 4.5%. The manganese content is approx. 0.7%. The 3.3548 welding consumable provides high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, even in sea water and can be anodized. The welding wire is suitable for operating temperatures up to +80°C. It is tough at temperatures down to -196°C.
The 3.3548 filler metal is suitable for joint welding on aluminium-magnesium alloys. Important base materials:
